Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase; for allergic reactions, please include a photo of the skin's response.

Email our glow experts at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items with the RA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them back using a trackable courier service of your choice.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
